Training and a forum for the people who recruit and manage volunteers in Fife: the next dates for our six-course Volunteer Management Training and the Volunteer Managers' Forum.
We regularly run training to equip both those who are about to become responsible for volunteer recruitment or management for the first time, and those who already have some experience, with the knowledge and skills they need.
The six sessions together provide a strong foundation in the core areas of expertise needed to be an effective volunteer manager.
