We provide crisis support to third sector organisations in Fife and have done so many times: a breakdown between trustees, an allegation of misconduct or misuse of funds, a funder withdrawing, a safeguarding incident, a notifiable event to report to OSCR, or an organisation that is no longer viable and needs to wind up properly.
