Most problems are best raised first with the organisation you volunteer with; every well-run organisation has a named person for volunteers and a way of resolving concerns. If that does not work, or you do not feel able to raise it there, you can talk to FVA in confidence. We will listen, help you decide what to do, and, where appropriate, take the matter up with the organisation.
