Funders and commissioners want to know that the organisations they fund are well run. FVA's organisational healthcheck looks at governance, finance, policies, staff and volunteers, property and planning, based on decades of experience of the things that cause organisations real problems when they are not done well. It produces a picture of strengths and areas for improvement, and an action plan the organisation can work through with our support.
We are developing an online version of the healthcheck that organisations can complete themselves, with the option for the result to be shared with a funder as part of a funding relationship.
