Fife Council’s Modern Apprenticeship team supports Modern Apprenticeship frameworks across an array of industry sectors such as health care, social services (children & young people), horticulture, career development, business & administration, management and building services trades. Apprenticeship training is work-based learning whilst in full-time employment.The MA team provide apprentices with on-going support through regular reviews with their employer to ensure their work experience allows them to gather the evidence needed to meet the qualification. Contract places are allocated to employers based on business need to ensure the apprentice is sustained in employment following the successful completion of their apprenticeship.
