About this service

The Community Improvement Squad Academy (CISA) supports unemployed people across all of Fife’s localities who are interested in improving their skills in horticulture, landscaping, gardening and other outdoor works. CISA helps grow people's confidence and skills on an employability pathway by undertaking work that improves the local environment for the benefit of the whole community.
In addition to providing accredited qualifications and training undertaking by participants of CISA, we are also keen to work with employers who can offer valuable work placement opportunities.
