Accommodates: Up to 30 people without tables, 16 around meeting tables
Accessibility: Very accessible, 40 yards from reception on same level
Equipment: Large screen TV for presentations, DVDs etc. is available at extra cost
Catering: All catering options are available for this room, at extra cost
Bookings: Half day and full day bookings during office hours are readily accepted, some exceptions may be possible - contact us to find out more
Pricing: £25 for half-day, £40 for full-day

All bookings are provisional until confirmed by a member of FVA staff - an automated e-mail does not constitute acceptance of a booking. FVA cannot accept any responsibility for any losses, howsoever incurred as a result of use or attempted usage of this room booking facility and of the rooms as described. FVA reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to bookings, primarily in the interests of safety or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will seek to avoid disruption or changes where reasonably practicable, but where this is necessary it may involve FVA cancelling your booking, moving your booking to an alternative meeting room and/or some equipment or facilities not being available. Bookings cancelled with not less than 7 days' notice will not be charged, notice of less than 7 days' will result in the full charge being applied.
