FVA is the third sector interface for the Fife Council area: an independent charity funded by the Scottish Government, Fife Council and Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, with a contribution from NHS Fife, to support, develop and represent community groups, voluntary organisations, social enterprises and volunteering across Fife.
We work with partners in many ways: representing the sector on community planning partnerships and strategic groups, managing grant programmes on behalf of funders, running forums and networks that bring the sector together, collecting and sharing data about local services, and delivering projects in partnership with other organisations.
