Salary: £37,400 per annum, pro rata
Location: Kirkcaldy
The HR Manager will lead the development and implementation of people policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law obligations, regulators and other compliance requirements.
The postholder is expected to support managers to apply policies and procedures and work as part of a management team to promote values and foster a trust-based culture underpinned by learning and development, and professionalism.
