Tell us about your training session, event or news so that we can share it on the website and in our bulletins.

Third sector and public sector organisations in Fife can list their events, training and news on our website and in our weekly bulletins, free of charge. Fill in the form below. Our communications team checks every submission before it appears, which usually takes a few working days.

Job vacancies have their own form. Volunteering opportunities are registered through our volunteering service, not here.

We send a copy of your submission here, and use it if we need to check anything.

Which contact details may we show publicly? We use the rest only to verify the item and to contact you about it.

PDF, Word or a picture (JPG, PNG, GIF), up to 10 MB each and five in all. A picture marked as the main one appears at the top of the item.

    • Whilst every effort will be made to put your item on our website, we cannot guarantee to include all items.
    • We will only include items which are appropriate and relevant for the Fife area.
    • We reserve the right to edit information provided through this service prior to publishing.
    • Once submitted, your item will not appear instantly on our site. Items are checked by our communications team, which can take several days.
    • FVA cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions or mistakes in the information presented on our website.
    • Items for donation: we list appropriate items that you are prepared to donate to other charitable organisations in Fife; we do not list items for sale. Items are listed for up to three weeks. If you find a home for your item sooner, let us know and we will remove the listing; after three weeks you can relist it.
