Join Tracey Stewart, founder of Rowan Alba Community, for an engaging online session that explores how simple human connection, shared values and everyday acts of kindness can create powerful change in addiction, mental health and trauma.

During the session, you’ll hear a short introduction to the charity, real-life stories shaped by living and lived experience, and practical examples of how curiosity, kindness and clinical evidence can help teams think differently, respond more humanely and make a lasting difference.

Rowan Alba Community began in 2010 with modest beginnings and a small group of committed volunteers. Since then, it has grown into a thriving organisation, supported by a broad mix of public sector backing, grants and trusts, and now works alongside more than 100 people every day.

Who should attend?

The session aims to interest and inspire those invovled in social work, social care, health and related third and voluntary sectors. The session is open to all and recommended for anyone from any sector interested in understanding more about the topic.
