Fife Council's Community Learning & Development Team in Dunfermline is pleased to offer a free funding awareness session for community groups and community councils. The sessions are designed to help organisations better understand local and national funding opportunities, improve their readiness to secure funding, and learn about the support available through Fife Council. Topics covered will include:

  • Being funding ready
  • Practical hints and tips for successful funding applications
  • Common funding application pitfalls and how to avoid them
  • Fife Council grants and funding opportunities
  • Using the Fife Council Funding Search and Funding Toolkit
  • Local support networks
  • Access to further training and support

Places are limited, and they can initially accommodate up to two representatives from each organisation.  The session will include a live opportunity to trial the Fife Council Portal but please don't worry as their Digital Skills Officer will be present to assist with ICT support.

There is a further training session available on Thursday 22 October, 2.00-4.00pm.

Registration is now open via the microsoft form below. Please complete a form for each person attending. They will aim to accommodate the session of your choice, but if over subscribed we will arrange further sessions in due course. They look forward to welcoming you to one of these informative sessions.
