FVA's Health and Social Care Forum and Mental Health Forum will merge into a single forum, meeting every two months.
The Forum will focus on:
- Prevention and early intervention.
- Access to services and reducing barriers.
- Community support and resilience.
- Partnership working and service integration.
- Financial sustainability and workforce issues.
- Improving outcomes for people and communities in Fife.
Membership is open to organisations involved in health and social care in Fife, including:
- Charities, voluntary organisations and community groups.
- Social enterprises and independent providers.
- Health, social care and local authority partners.
- Funders and strategic partners.
The first merged forum takes place on Thursday 12 November, 10am-12pm, at Caledonia House in Glernothes.
