Join us for the launch of our Trustee Forum! Aimed at charity trustees in Fife, this isn’t another training session – it’s an opportunity to meet other trustees, share experiences, talk about the challenges you face, and help shape the support available to you.

Being a trustee can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be challenging. Difficult decisions, board dynamics, recruitment and succession can sometimes leave trustees feeling like they are figuring things out on their own.

You'll hear a real trustee journey, including the challenges, successes and lessons learned along the way. You'll then have the opportunity to share your own experiences, contribute ideas and help shape what future Trustee Forum sessions should look like.

Most importantly, you'll have a say in what comes next. You'll be able to identify the issues that matter most to you and vote on the priorities for future forums.

This event includes:

  • A real trustee journey and honest reflections
  • Discussion and sharing with other trustees
  • The opportunity to identify common challenges and support needs
  • Activities to help shape the future Trustee Forum
  • Priority voting – you decide what we focus on next

Who should attend?

Trustees, board members and committee members from charities and community organisations across Fife, whether you're new to the role or have years of experience.

Important information

To make sure as many organisations as possible can take part, places are restricted to two per organisation in the first instance.
