Connected Lives is a Scotland-wide project by Befriending Networks providing free dementia and social connection training and e‑learning. It helps volunteers, staff and carers feel confident supporting people living with dementia, strengthening social connections and enabling inclusive, meaningful relationships within communities.

Part of this project is funded to develop e-learning to support carers and volunteers supporting people living with dementia. A key value of Befriending Networks is collaboration, and they are hoping to co-design this training.

They are seeking participants for their co-design consultation who are either:

  • A volunteer supporting someone in a carer role
  • A volunteer supporting someone living with dementia
  • A carer supporting someone living with dementia
