Spending time outdoors can do wonders for our wellbeing, and this summer, The Climate Wisdom Project and STAND are inviting people living with dementia and their carers to enjoy the benefits of nature together.

These relaxed and accessible outdoor sessions offer the chance to take part in gentle practical activities, connect with others and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Fife Ecology Centre in Kinghorn. Whether you're green-fingered or simply looking for some fresh air and friendly company, everyone is welcome.

The sessions are designed to be enjoyable and inclusive, with activities suitable for all abilities. Whatever the weather, the team will ensure everyone is comfortable and supported throughout.

Afterwards, participants are invited to continue the conversation over tea or coffee in the on-site café, where refreshments are available to purchase, and visitors can also browse the centre's shop.
