At this Ask OSCR webinar, you’ll hear from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) who will provide an overview of data protection law, including new marketing rules and where to find resources to support your organisation.
ICO will cover the data protection principles, including retention policies and privacy notices, individuals' information rights and how to respond to a data breach.
Both OSCR and ICO staff will be available to answer questions.
