Whether you're starting out, seeking a fresh start, or exploring a new path, you can register for the upcoming Lifeguard Assessment Centre.
Hosted by Fife Sport & Leisure Trust and Royal Lifesaving Society UK (RLSS), you'll complete a short water skills test and take part in an interview, giving you the opportunity to show your potential and ask any questions about the role.
Essential criteria:
- Must be aged 16 or over
- Must be a competent swimmer
- Attend Assessment Centre at Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre on Saturday 14 March 2026
- Available for RLSS lifeguard training Monday 23 - Friday 27 march 2026, 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, is required
