You are invited to the re-opening of YMCA Glenrothes!
In January 2025, Storm Eowyn swept across Scotland, causing severe damage in many areas of the country, and YMCA Glenrothes was no exception. Their North Street building suffered extensive water damage - ceilings, walls, and floors were waterlogged and they sadly had to close their doors.
Since then it's been a long journey of salvaging, planning, re-building, and refurbishing to get back to what they do best - serving the Glenrothes community.
Pop along and see their hard work in their newly refurbished building, enjoy a tour, refreshments, and celebrations. You can also learn more about their YMusic Project, youth services, and brand-new Digital Academy.
