FVA’s Third Sector Employability Conversations (TSEC) are a space for third sector partners to share their experiences, make connections and share their vision for Fife's employability landscape.

This quarters Conversation will focus on Structural Barriers to Employment, featuring case studies from partners with experience in housing issues and supporting young carers.
