Asking is not the same as booking

When you ask for an appointment, nothing is held for you. A member of our staff looks at every request and gets in touch to confirm it, or to offer you something else. We do it this way so that people who cannot use a computer are not pushed to the back of the queue.

If you cannot use this page

Please telephone us, for free, on 0800 389 6046 during normal office hours and ask to speak to somebody about Footcare Fife. You will not be dealt with any more slowly for telephoning.

Payment

You pay when you attend. The cost is £10, or £15 if you do not bring the sealed kit provided at your previous appointment. We prefer payment by card or mobile telephone. We can accept cash if necessary, and we will always give you a receipt.

We are a busy service

We cannot always offer the date or the venue you would prefer. It depends on how busy we are and on the availability of venues and of our volunteers.

If we need to change your appointment

We sometimes have to rearrange or cancel appointments because of illness, travel or difficulties with a venue. If that happens we will get in touch with you.
