About this service

Fife Life Choices is designed for people with learning disabilities to help them gain a foothold on the pathway to work. People with learning disabilities experience significant barriers to work due to a lack of reasonable adjustments, inaccessible recruitment processes and persistent myths about their capabilities. Fife Life Choices acknowledges people with learning disabilities want to work, have the capacity to work and are successful in the workplace when given support, choice and opportunity to prepare for and find a job.

This service is provided by Fife Council Supported Employment Service and Fife Health and Social Care Partnership Adult Service Resources.
