About this opportunity

It's never just about feet...
For many people across Fife, a Footcare Fife appointment means comfort, confidence and independence. Age, illness and reduced mobility can make basic footcare difficult, but a little support can make a big difference to someone's everyday life.
Mary from Rosyth is a client who can no longer manage her own footcare due to health issues. After visiting the clinic, she described feeling "much lighter" and was incredibly grateful for the support she received.

There are hundreds of people like Mary across Fife. A simple footcare appointment can mean greater comfort, confidence and independence. As a volunteer, you can help make that difference.
As a Footcare Volunteer, you'll help people stay active, comfortable and connected to their communities while becoming part of a friendly and supportive team. For many clients, the appointment is also an opportunity to enjoy a friendly chat and social connection, something that can be especially important for those who are socially isolated or live alone.

No previous experience is necessary. Footcare Fife provide comprehensive training, ongoing support and all the equipment you'll need. All they ask is that you can commit around three hours per session, at least twice a month, and have a genuine desire to help others.
