About this opportunity

Fife Centre for Equalities are recruiting volunteers for an exciting new role, in which ‘Community Navigators’ will engage with local communities with the aim of finding out more about their needs. With a particular focus around mental health and wellbeing needs, Community Navigators will facilitate discussions around what can be done to help bring positive change.

As part of this role, the organisation and the volunteers, will hold community feedback drop-in sessions around Fife to hear local views.

Full training will be provided, alongside many practice sessions to help you gain the confidence you need. So, if you enjoy talking to others, want to improve communication skills or want to help your community, this might be the role for you.

First training session is on Wednesday 30th September 2026.
