You can support Heartsong Live by presenting engaging radio programmes that inspire, inform and connect with their listeners. This role will involve presenting live or pre-recorded programmes; preparing show content and scripts; conducting interviews; engaging with listeners on air and online; and representing Heartsong Live positively.

Volunteering with Heartsong Live is more than giving your time. It is an opportunity to develop new skills, gain valuable experience and become part of a team that is passionate about making a positive difference through media.

What you need to know

Training

A full induction will be provided. Ongoing support is available from the Heartsong Live team and project coordinator.

Experience

Heartsong radio is looking for volunteers who have a passion for broadcasting and storytelling, are confident communicators, are reliable and committed, and are eager to learn and develop. Volunteers should respect and support Heartsong Live’s Christian ethos and values.

This role can be carried out remotely, with opportunities to attend broadcasts, meetings, training sessions and community events throughout the year.
