About this service

A long term Partnership led by Brag Enterprise with Clued Up, Kingdom Works, Fife Voluntary Action (FVA), Citizens Advice and Right Fife (CARF) and Frontline Fife.
Offering provision to unemployed and/or those who are underemployed (zero hours contracts, low paid, at risk of losing job); providing support from any or all of the partners enables people to gain confidence and be prepared for work.

It can seem daunting trying to compete in an everchanging job market when you feel there are things holding you back. Fife-ETC will provide 1-2-1 work with an assigned keyworker to understand what is needed for you and then put plans into action to support the journey into work.

This will give you access to multiple resources that can include: financial inclusion, housing advice, confidence building, job brokerage (where we directly speak to employers about you) and accredited training. With courses on offer that allow you to explore what you need to do to secure the future you want. By working together you will then find it easier to access full time education, training and jobs across Fife.
