About this service

Fife IPS is a long-standing specialist employability and in-work support service specifically for people who suffer with severe and enduring mental ill health. IPS follows a set of principles and is measured against an external fidelity scale. Support is provided on a 1:1 basis and follows a strength-based, person-centred approach to help people find and maintain work which meets their needs and requirements.
