About this service

Our Working 4 Families project provides tailored, person-centred support to help parents remain in employment and progress within the workplace. We take a whole-family approach, recognising that every family in our community has unique strengths, challenges, and goals. We understand that many working families in Fife can still face pressures in everyday life, including the impact of in-work poverty. That’s why our dedicated support workers work alongside families offering practical guidance, encouragement, and advocacy to help build stability, strengthen resilience, and improve financial well-being.
