About this service

Our approach is to offer a high level of commitment to working with individuals, NHS Fife, Fife H&SCP, Fife Employment Action Trust, the Addictions Recovery Team (ART), local employers and wider partners to develop an effective service that delivers real and lasting change for people – building on the successful outcomes achieved in our equivalent services. We’ll support people in treatment and recovery to rapidly access the jobs market and sustain employment.
