About this service

STR is a 9-week personal development programme, aimed to build confidence and resilience in young people, through a series of interactive wellbeing workshops. They cover a range of topics from mental health to social media and involve fun activities, with young people learning new skills along the way. We hope to encourage young people to re-engage with education, training, or employment. The programme covers the following age groups:

•  P7 Transition to High School
•  14-15 Year olds
•  16-24 Year olds

Please contact us for more information on when courses are running.
