About this service

The project supports clients to engage with a key worker to improve confidence, mental wellbeing and overcome barriers to access volunteering, which in turn can improve chances of securing paid employment. This support can empower individuals to achieve future financial inclusion through employment. Volunteering can provide references, evidence of training, upskilling, and achievement of personal goals. It can create strong relationships between individuals and their local communities.
