Open to anyone living with a respiratory, cardiac, stroke, long covid, or long-term condition, CHSS Peer Support Group activity with Bums Off Seats include health walks across Fife, various times & locations across Fife on a Monday-Thursday and one on a Sunday (walks range from 45-75 minutes).
