Spring Forward is part of No one left behind – the Scottish Government’s latest policy framework and approach towards addressing employment challenges nationwide. Its primary objective is to prevent individuals encountering complex and multiple barriers from being marginalized in the workforce. This project will collaborate closely to ensure that there is no wrong door for clients and that each client receives tailored support according to their specific needs. Spring Forward is an adult provision that will target 25 years and above. This program offers a comprehensive, on-to-one bespoke service for adults across Fife who encounter significant obstacles to employment.
