They do this by enabling Carers to take a break. Crossroads give short breaks to Carers at regular intervals at a time that suits them. They are also a registered provider of Self Directed Support and Purchased Care and can assist you to meet your care needs and the outcomes you would like to achieve, whether you are a person requiring support or a carer.
