Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland are Scotland’s largest health charity working to help people with chest, heart and stroke conditions live life to the full. This is a self-run Support Group at Dell Farquharson Community Centre, open to people who have had a stroke and can attend the group independently. Monday (fortnightly) from 1pm-3pm. Activities include Bowling, Kurling, quizzes, afternoon tea, refreshments, speakers and occasional outings. For more information please get in touch via the website.
