Grandmentors is an award-winning intergenerational mentoring programme supporting care experienced young people to build confidence, skills and independence. Volunteer mentors use their life experience to provide consistent, trusted support during key life transitions. Operating across multiple locations in Scotland, the project connects young people aged 16–26 with trained volunteer mentors who offer guidance, stability and encouragement. You can refer yourself or someone else. Whatever your journey, Grandmentors is here to walk it with you, your way and at your pace. Complete the short form on the website if you’d like to refer someone to the Grandmentors project.
