Provided by Express Group Fife

The Express Group provides social group activities and a place where people living with mental health issues can share their experiences and offer mutual support. The group also provides support through the development of individual recovery plans. A cooked lunch and bottomless Tea, coffee, toast and biscuits are provided, along with various art and craft activities, puzzles and games. The Glenrothes group meet on Mondays and Thursdays from 9.30 - 1.00pm in St Columba's Church, Hugh Jenkins Hall.
