Last updated: 23/02/2026 (more than 6 months ago)PICTS Veterans, Homeless & Community Hub in Cowdenbeath, Fife, exists to offer dignity, connection, and practical support to anyone who needs it. They are a welcoming, stigma‑free space where people can access care packs, food, clothing, and compassionate support without referral or judgement. At the heart of their work is a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. PICTS work closely with partner organisations who may refer people to them, but you don’t need a referral to walk through their doors. Whether you’re looking for a warm meal, someone to talk to, or practical help to get through a difficult time, PICTS Hub is here for you. Monday & Wednesday 9:30am-2:30pm, Thursday 4:00pm-9:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm.
