Memory Makers is a musical group for older adults facing social isolation or living with a medical condition such as dementia. It is a chance to connect with others, reminisce and enjoy music and singing together over a cup of tea. Their friendly team of musicians create a welcoming, relaxed and supporting environment for all participants and their carers. No musical experience is needed and people can join in with as much or as little as they like. Sessions are free to attend. See their social media pages for further information.
