Glenrothes Heart Club. Support groups can play an important part helping people to recover from their heart condition. This group meets weekly (Tuesdays) in the Lomond Centre, Woodside Way, Glenrothes at 3pm for one hour for exercise in a friendly setting with a qualified instructor and with information on various health topics and outings.
