Better Than Well

Self help service for individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. The service ha started small group sessions, which will be peer-led groups offering safety and stabilisation sessions which help participants to recognise and manage the impact of childhood trauma in an informal setting. Better Than Well also includes one to one sessions for residents of Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline and Levenmouth as well as a new online Better Than Well group launching in North East Fife; referral forms are available on their website. Each person who is referred or self-referred to Better than Well will be contacted to discuss these service options and to determine which option would best suit their individual needs.
