Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland are Scotland’s largest health charity working to help people with chest, heart and stroke conditions live life to the full. This self-run peer support group is coordinated by CHSS, every Monday to Thursday from 10am to 2pm. Open to anyone living with a long-term condition (chest, heart, stroke, long covid), social activities that offer educational information, communication support, singing for fun and lunch/refreshments.
