Alzheimer Scotland - Wake-up Shake-up Group

The Wake-up Shake-up group at Oakley Community Centre helps you kick start your day with a few seated movements to fun music followed by an activity to help cognitive stimulation. They meet every Thursday 10am-11am. Adults suffering memory loss are welcome to attend. They ask for a small donation or pay what you can and there's no need to book.
