The Express Group provides social group activities and a place where people with mental health issues can share their experiences and offer mutual support. There are currently eleven groups at eight locations across Fife each week, providing various activities to encourage social interaction and confidence building, helping to make new friends and make the most of life in the community.
The Dunfermline group meets on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30 - 1.00pm in the Gillespie Memorial Church. A cooked lunch and bottomless tea, coffee, toast and biscuits are provided along with various art and craft activities, puzzles and games.
