Family Approach is a partnership project with staff from Fife Gingerbread and Citizens Advice and Rights Fife. They will be supporting families across three specific areas of Fife. Offering the whole family holistic support to help maximise their income, build confidence and overcome barriers to secure and maintain sustainable education, training or employment. Family Approach is delivered at a pace that meets the needs of each individual family member. The project is centered around tailored one-to-one support, family learning, benefits, and money advice, group work, and employability support.
