Best health supplement to maximize a workout?


I just recently started working out. I am NOT fat. I am very petite and weigh about 110. I am not looking to gain or lose any weight. I am basically looking to stay at around the same weight more or less but would like to build lean, toned muscle. I don’t want the body builder look. I just want toned arms, legs, and abdominals. My stomach is flat but I would like definition. What health supplements will help me get results in the least amount of time possible? This is the longest I have ever stuck it out trying to get fit and it is HARD!

Most women fail to get enough protein in their diets, protein is KEY for energy, recovery, and muscle growth. It doesn’t make you fat, and actually increases your metabolism. I suggest getting a decent Whey Protein powder, and having 1 or 2 protein shakes a day. If people bother you about it just says it’s chocolate milk.

Do not worry about the bodybuilder look, it doesn’t come accidentally OR easy without the help of tanning booths, diuretics, competition diets to get in the super low fat ranges, and steroids/growth hormones. you will NOT look like them, if you lift heavy and hard and give it your full effort, you are going to get amazing and sexy results
