    Summary: This project offers free basic first aid training and free mental health awareness training within the local community, offering people the opportunity to learn lifesaving skills. This training is available in a variety of community settings. This is available at different times each month to suit demand, including weekdays, evenings or weekends. First aid and mental health knowledge are essential life skills that can empower the individual to respond effectively in an emergency situation but are also useful for personal development for use in employment or for volunteer work.

    Age Concern Cupar Activity coordinator £15,500
    Summary: This is a funded project from last year, they have an Activity Coordinator to support the day care service, that is available 5 days a week, where transport is offered to and from the centre for those unable to get there themselves. Teas, coffees and a healthy 2 course lunch is provided. The role has introduced a structured and diverse activity programme, which has evidenced an increase in the service users participating in the activities, which has had a direct impact on the improvement of their mental health and wellbeing.

    Anim8s NeuroNarratives £14,060
    Summary: The focus of this project is to engage with adults with a diagnosis of, or family experience of ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions, in a creative project culminating in digital media outputs. They will work in collaboration with the Scottish ADHD Coalition. This will provide a project that uses photography, sound recording, model-making, image editing, creative story making and film and will result in a mixture of creative and fact-based 'stories' for use with their own, and other families which will improve their mental health and wellbeing through working in a safe space where they can share experiences etc. They will engage with 12 participants, who will attend discussions over 4 weekly sessions to agree and develop themes, 16 x sessions where participants will explore different media and develop ideas, 4 x 1 day sessions of shooting and editing stories and finally Publication/celebration/sharing.

    Arden House Projects Arden House: Hosting of FVA's Footcare Fife service £1,500
    Summary: Arden House provides FVA's Footcare Fife services with accommodation in its annexe two days per week week (Tuesday and Friday). This allows the footcare project to provide some 750 toenail cutting slots per annum to local residents at a very affordable rate, currently £10 per visit. Although the focus is on clients' feet, it is widely recognised that the service has a positive impact on their mental health and wellbeing, particularly in respect of elderly people with restricted mobility and finances.

    Benarty Community Forum Wellbeing at the Hub £14,999
    Summary: Benarty Community Forum offer practical support services that have been highly successful and are consistently on the lookout for new, exciting services and classes that will bring the community together. These include British Sign Language, Gaelic lessons and workshops which promote good mental health and wellbeing. Participants will enjoy an activity, access support and advice and a cup of tea and a chat. This is offered in a safe, warm space to come together on a weekly basis, sometimes having more than one or two two-hour sessions per week, accommodating up to 14 people at the hands-on sessions, ensuring that those who wish to attend these sessions get the chance by using a booking system.

    Bipolar Scotland Owning Your Journey: Living well with Bipolar £9,547
    Summary: This project supports people with Bipolar. This group often experience multiple, overlapping forms of marginalisation - including mental ill health, disability, poverty, and social isolation. This project directly tackles these inequalities by offering free, accessible, and inclusive peer-led support. They will combine evidence-based self-management education, online accessibility, and community peer networks, it will build confidence, resilience, and wellbeing for participants - helping them stay well, connected, and supported close to home. They will offer 24 hours of self-management training workshops each year, primarily delivered online, monthly peer support groups in person in Fife, and online.

    Breathe Easy Fife Come together 4 well-being in 2026 & 2027 £8,734
    Summary: This project benefits people with long term respiratory health conditions to help improve mental health and wellbeing by giving them increased access to singing and activities that brings them together with others and reduces the social isolation that often comes to those living with breathlessness. This is a free service, even the tea is free. The activities included are a variety of keep fit sessions (Yoga, Tai chi, Chair exercises, chair dance etc), which are provided monthly in Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Northeast Fife, Methil, Rosyth. They also hold one annual event bringing all 5 groups together where they can join to sing, exercise and socialise. They also hold chef demos/tasting sessions of cheap easy cook meals.

    Buckhaven Baptist Church SCIO Cosy Cafe and Food Distribution £7,500
    Summary: The Cozy café project that is delivered in Buckhaven runs every Wednesday and caters for around 20 - 30 people from the local community, offering them a welcoming and safe space to come along, improving their mental health and wellbeing and reducing social isolation. The volunteers actively work with those who attend by providing support and signposting them to relevant services. The calendar of activities organised for the year, includes other community organisations, speakers and entertainers, encouraging people to attend and get involved. In addition to activities or support provided at the café, they will be offered a something to eat and support from the food larder.

    Change Mental Health Resilient Housing: Embedding Mental Health Support within the Fife Housing Alliance £46,500
    Summary: Change Mental Health (CMH), in partnership with the Fife Housing Alliance (FHA) aim to introduce a new initiative, first of its kind. A Mental Health Resilience Support Worker supports tenancy-sustainment through the housing teams across Fife. This project aims to work with tenants on improving their mental health and wellbeing and improving their sustainability within tenancies. One-to-one support will be offered to approximately 120 tenants over two years, offering well-being planning, coping strategies, practical problem-solving, and connections to local activities and peer support.

    CiC Community in Cupar CiC- Community Connected & Wellbeing matters Project £10,000
    Summary: This project is aimed at two vulnerable groups, the elderly and war refugees, migrants and travellers in the Cupar area, these sessions will tackle social inclusion to improve their mental health and wellbeing. For the elderly they will run a crafts club, facilitating 8 sessions of pottery and clay work, where they will leave with a finished products to take home. For the other target group, war refugees, migrants and travellers, they will offer free face to face English classes every Saturday for 2-hour blocks over 46 weeks, again this will help combat severe and enduring mental health issues. This group can also then access 4 sessions with a published Illustrator to come and work with the refugee adults to support drawing and illustration classes to support those with war time trauma. Finally, both groups will be able to attend trips, there will be 4 trips as follows, Blackness Castle, Glamis Castle, private walking tour in St. Andrews and day trip and picnic to Ellie Ruby Bayy.

    Circle of Comfort Scaling up the Circle of Comfort £10,000
    Summary: This project supports cancer patients, offering them complementary therapies, massage, aromatherapy or reflexology at client's choice delivered in their own home. This aims to improve their mental health, whilst going through a very difficult time in their life, whilst in some cases receiving invasive treatments for their condition. This funding will offer 40 new therapy sessions, with an additional 2 therapists.

    Clued Up Project Making it work for Families Family Learning Coordinator £11,150
    Summary: This is a partnership project between Clued Up, Fife Gingerbread, CARF and FIRST, providing whole family support for vulnerable families affected by substance use. This includes proactive, holistic and flexible support provided to families in an asset-based way to enable all family members to reduce barriers and progress individuals on their own journey to reach their full potential. This is delivered through 1-2-1 support, group work programmes, teatime clubs, family learning and activities. They have established forums, that allows co-production of how they project evolves. This funding will support with 3 Day trip activities, 2 Group work programmes and 1 x 3-day residential experience.

    Cruse Scotland Bereavement Support Early Support for recently bereaved adults in Fife £9,000
    Summary: This project supports bereaved people in distress and experiencing complex grief. Which delivers a specially designed 7-step pathway, which over 1-2 sessions help’s recently bereaved people better understand their grief, help activate their own self-coping mechanisms and help prevent damage to their long-term health. They are delivering a volunteer trauma-informed training programme in response to the increase seen in Fife, with people requesting support who have experienced a recent sudden and traumatic bereavement. They will upskill the volunteers who will support 250 people process these issues and prevent them from causing long-term damage to their mental health and wellbeing.

    Cutting Edge Theatre INSPIRE Disability Arts: Kirkcaldy £10,000
    Summary: Cutting Edge Theatre are launching "INSPIRE Disability Arts: Kirkcaldy," which was delivered in Dunfermline in Year 4 and has been very successful, this is a free-to-attend weekly drama training programme for up to 20 learning/disabled adults (25+). This project directly addresses social isolation and poor mental wellbeing by supporting a dedicated community of learning/disabled people, regardless of their abilities, to have access to the performing arts and creativity industries. Activities include 40 weeks of 2-hour sessions a week per year, led by a specialist tutor and two learning-disabled assistants. This will establish Kirkcaldy's first dedicated drama training group, improve participants' confidence, social connection, and mental wellbeing, develop a replicable model for disability arts in Scotland.

    Deafblind Scotland Don't Worry be Happy £9,905
    Summary: The Don’t Worry Be Happy (DWBH) project addresses the mental health/wellbeing inequalities experienced by deafblind people and the lack of accessible mental health improvement information and guidance/support. They offer accessible phone/home-based one-to-one sessions including mental health brief interventions, advice and support. The mental health brief interventions are delivered by guide/communicators. They ensure support/information is accessible to deafblind people in their preferred communication methods. Participants are also provided with evidence-based self-care resources - good mood food recipe cards, accessible/safe physical health exercise instruction sheets, good sleep guides and mindfulness/relaxation CDs. Resources will be available in bespoke accessible formats (Braille/moon/audio CDs).

    Dolphin Centre The Dolphin Ripple Project £5,128
    Summary: This project is extending the craft groups that currently runs at the centre. These sessions provide a friendly, supportive space where people can come together to knit, crochet, and take part in creative activities led by volunteers, helping to reduce loneliness and support positive mental health. A wider range of craft activities have been introduced such as art, pottery, weaving, and other creative workshops. This consists of 2 additional workshops per month for 4 hours each workshop, with 15 free places per session.

    Dunfermline Advocacy Friendship Changing Lives - Citizen Advocacy in West Fife £9,352
    Summary: Dunfermline Advocacy has an additional Development Worker that supports 80 additional people in West Fife across 2 years. Each year they will support 50 people in 25 Citizen Advocacy partnerships, 25 vulnerable adults in West Fife matched with a volunteer, and an additional 15 vulnerable adults not matched with a volunteer. Each receiving direct support that is agreed on an individual basis.

    Dunnikier Park Community Golf (DPCG) Community Roll-Out Consolidation £10,000
    Summary: Dunnikier Park Golf offers community engagement, encouraging people to participate in an outdoor activity, that is accessible for all. It is available to the public as well as local support groups. All charitable organisations get free access. A development officer will now be available one day a week, promoting the service.

    East Wemyss C.A.F.E. (Community Access For Everyone) East Wemyss C.A.F.E. (Community Access For Everyone) £8,320
    Summary: East Wemyss C.A.F.E. (Community Access For Everyone) is an open and inclusive space for the entire community, specifically bridging gaps for individuals who are vulnerable or struggling with their mental health. They offer digital classes for the elderly, who don’t have access to the internet, they offer training through one-to-one or group sessions, in conjunction with Adult Basic Education, Fife Council Community Learning. This will equip community members with the basic skills needed to access and manage vital online services, advice, and benefits. They also offer a regular drop-in C.A.F.E. twice a week for three hours over 50 weeks, participants will be offered hot drink and snacks, as well as activities, this will help overcome social isolation and loneliness, helping to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

    Fairway Fife Community Re-engagement Project £10,000
    Summary: This is a community re-engagement and mental health recovery project for adults, aged 16+, with disabilities. This is a marginalised group who are isolated and disengaged from people and activities within their local community. Participants will have access to structured social and physical activity which improves mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Small groups of 4 adults with disabilities can attend per day and this is available 5 days per week. The focus is on integrating those who have become reclusive and withdrawn with normal community experiences and regular activity that supports their mental wellbeing.

    Falling UP Together (SCIO) Falling UP Living in Art £47,000
    Summary: The Living in Art project, where community involvement will continue to bring participants of all ages together to reduce social isolation and increase self-esteem through 4 Falling UP projects for lifelong learning and build on the success that they have had. They have now added a wellbeing strategy called; Everybody Has to Start Somewhere. There is now priority access for 16-to-24-year-olds that is early intervention & prevention, needs based and community focused. Digital support for distance participation is also now offered. There is also an increase from 4 to 6 days per week, one of these days is a drop-in. An evening drop-in, and flexible weekend access is also available.

    Families Affected by Autism FABA YOUTH GROUP £2,500
    Summary: Families Affect by Autism have extended their current provision; they are supporting more vulnerable neurodiverse people within the west Fife area. Offering workshops for parents/carers to help them understand and cope with the challenges of caring for young adults with autism and mental health. Offering more specialist training and development for their volunteers to help them support the members effectively, building community connections and reducing isolation. Also developing partnerships with health, social care and education to provide the young people with specialist resources to support their integration within the local community.

    Families in Trauma Strengthen Families by Empowering Parents £5,552
    Summary: Families in Trauma offer a project that addresses mental health challenges within families. Strengthen Families by empowering parents, equips parents through psychoeducational training, peer support skills, and practical strategies to build stronger, healthier family relationship. Initial support, parents will start and lead their own peer support groups, creating sustainable networks that can thrive independently. The sense of connection reduces isolation, builds trust, and nurtures compassionate communities where mental health can be discussed openly.

    Families Outside Ltd Supporting individuals affected by imprisonment in Fife. £10,000
    Summary: Families Outside provides support to people that are affected by a family member being imprisoned. They offer a helpline and direct 1-to-1 community-based support. The Helpline is a multi-platform service offering support via telephone, email, text, webchat. For many families, the helpline is the first port of call when they are distressed, highly anxious, at their lowest ebb, looking for immediate support. Service users can be referred to the Regional Family Support Coordinator, who can meet them in their local area or carry out a home visit. The RFSC provides practical, social, emotional support, responding quickly and flexibly to needs as they arise, helping to identify and tackle immediate practical/emotional problems and longer-term needs, while achieving outcomes relevant to an individual.

    FEAT Trading CIC Silverburn Staycations £10,000
    Summary: Silverburn Park Campsite offers a tranquil location for people to get away and relax, benefiting their mental health and wellbeing. They are offering access to the glamping pods, 4 days per week, this is offered to local organisations who provide support to disadvantaged families. Beneficiaries are signposted through local organisations, as well as referrals from self, family and friends, where evidence of eligibility is provided. At their stay they will receive a home-cooked meal, dessert and drink and the cost of transport will be covered.

    Fife Centre for Equalities Companion Support £20,000
    Summary: Fife Centre for Equalities project focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing across Fife with a primary focus on minority ethnic communities, and additional support for older people, those with long-term health conditions or disabilities, and refugees. They provide companion support during the monthly get-togethers, offering participants a supportive environment where they can build connections, reduce social isolation, and access essential information and signposting to services. This is run in a group setting, but they can receive one to one support where required, also introducing flexible weekday drop-ins.

    Fife Community Garden Network The Sanctuary Garden growing in Fife £9,992
    Summary: Fife Community Garden Network and the Sanctuary Garden will work in partnership, FCGN will run the project, and they will use TSG facilities to run the workshops across Dunfermline. The aim is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of local people through providing 16 organic vegetable growing workshops, free of charge. They will also grow & supply free vegetable seedlings & compost (growing kit) to new allotments, community gardens & workshop participants all year-round. From January to March 2026, they will hold 3 local events to promote the project in Dunfermline, showcasing its aims & activities through the year as well as the benefits to the community. They will promote volunteering to assist the running of the project. Finally, they aim to empower & increase resilience in local communities as well as enhancing mental / physical health & wellbeing.

    Fife Contemporary CARE: Addressing Social Isolation through Art £10,000
    Summary: Fife Contemporary’s project supports groups to engage in creative activity, designed by artists in collaboration with participants and which are delivered in ways that provide positive benefits to mental health. A total of four community designed projects will be offered to specific groups. Each project will be time, location and community specific, focussing creative ideas that are important to that group location, experience or community. 4 groups will be connected with and have access to a short workshop and activities led by artists from their community at times built around participant needs. Using knowledge gained in these first workshops they will place artists to create tailor made art activities that produce tangible craft products for each of the four groups.

    Fife Islamic Centre Fife Community Connections £10,000
    Summary: Fife Community Connections is an inclusive, community-led project coordinated by the mosque, working closely with local partners including the community police sergeant, voluntary organisations, and health and wellbeing services. They aim to reduce social isolation, improve mental health and wellbeing and strengthen community connections. This is aimed at minority ethnic groups, older adults aged 50+, and people living with long-term health conditions or disabilities. The vision is to create a more connected, resilient, and inclusive community where people of all ages and backgrounds can participate, share, and thrive. They will provide accessible opportunities for physical activity, healthy eating, and lifelong learning.

    Fife Young Carers (S C I O) Caring Connections: Autism & Wellbeing £9,886
    Summary: Fife Young Carers and Scottish Autism’s One Stop Shop are working in partnership to deliver support to Young Adult Carers (YACs) aged 16-25 who care for someone living with Autism. The project consists of a structured programme of group sessions, follow-up activities and family respite. Promoting positive mental wellbeing, reduce isolation and strengthen coping skills.

    Finding Your Feet Wellbeing Support for Amputees in Fife £3,066
    Summary: Finding Your Feet supports amputees in Fife. This project is expanding what they currently offer. They hold regular Ampu-Teas at Beveridge Bowling Club in Kirkcaldy, giving Troopers (the amputee service users) and their families a consistent place to meet, talk and build confidence together. The sessions encourage connections, peer understanding and a sense of belonging. They also offer online one-to-one counselling sessions for anyone who needs extra emotional support, and they would coordinate activities, arrange transport where needed and keep in regular contact with attendees. Each meeting gives people a chance to reconnect, share experiences and regain confidence in their own abilities.

    Forgan Arts Centre Queering The Clachan - Year 2 £25,000
    Summary: Forgan Arts Centre run Queering the Clachan a project that improves the mental health and wellbeing of LGBT+ people, allies, and rural communities across Northeast Fife, through delivering at least 24 further sessions workshops, readings, talks, creative socials, intergenerational meetups, outdoor activities, and supported day trips. Building on the networks, peer support, and visible allyship established in year 4.

    Friends of Craigtoun I can Learn £10,000
    Summary: Friends of Craigtoun run the ‘I can Learn’ project, which is targeted at those with additional support needs (ASN). This project will provide training, evidencing additional learning capacity for those with ASN and particularly a learning disability, by developing cooking, catering and hospitality skills to accredit non-formal learning, enabling practical voluntary outcomes by serving the community. The project engages those participants with positive learning/training/work experience and work placement both with them and potentially other organisations with prospects leading to possible employment, within the capacity of each person.

    Furniture Plus Ltd Health and Wellbeing Woodwork Workshops £10,000
    Summary: Furniture Plus run wood working and recycling workshops, these are tutor led to small groups. They involve learning new woodworking skills using either waste wood or old furniture, learning skills such as wood turning, joinery, painting, upcycling.

    Gallatown Community Hub Thrive Together: Wellbeing Through Volunteering £8,660
    Summary: Thrive Together will strengthen the mental health and wellbeing of adults in the Gallatown and Sinclairtown area by supporting local volunteers to reconnect, build confidence, and participate in meaningful community activities. This is a supported volunteering opportunity, that over a 12-month period, the project will provide a structured Volunteer Wellbeing Programme combining regular group sessions, creative and outdoor activities, and reflective wellbeing one-to-one check-ins. There is 25 places available for individuals who are struggling with confidence, motivation, or routine. Through the role they will be involved in facilitated peer-led community projects such as garden maintenance, community meals, repair cafes, and creative workshops.

    Give a Dog a Bone ... and an animal a home (GADAB) Give a Dog a Bone...and an animal a home £5,000
    Summary: Give a Dog a Bone are running a classes and activities such as yoga, cooking, reminiscing etc. When possible, they are also organising weekly dog walks through local parks/beaches to boost physical and mental health. They aim to reduce loneliness and isolation, improve mental and physical health and create independence through practical, emotional and peer support. Empower older people through renewed skills, increased confidence and a sense of purpose.

    Greener Kirkcaldy Let's Grow Together £10,000
    Summary: The Let’s Grow Together project is a volunteer led project, looking after the garden, growing food and creating wildlife habitats. The gardens provide a safe outdoors space with staff providing training and support. Local support organisations can refer potential volunteers in for the project, and they hold volunteering sessions at different times and days, including Saturdays and early evenings to ensure inclusivity. The project will improve mental health and wellbeing by providing volunteering opportunities, bringing people together, tackling social isolation and loneliness, connecting people with the outdoors, gain skills, get more involved in their community. Weekly volunteer sessions are available for 30 volunteers.

    Homelands Trust-Fife Volunteer Coordinator at the Paxton Centre £9,022
    Summary: Homelands Trust have a Volunteer Co-Ordinator who is working to strengthen training, improve communication, and create meaningful roles that benefit both individuals and the wider community. They aim to increase volunteer numbers, by engaging this will improve their mental health and wellbeing, producing more opportunities to engage.

    Home-Start Glenrothes Peer support ,Back on track £9,000
    Summary: The project is a peer lead support group for mum's experiencing low mood and anxiety who are struggling with day today life pressures and wish for something better. At these sessions they look at common examples of low mood, behaviours and vicious cycles that people get caught in when feeling low. The attendees support each other on this journey and form relationships which becomes hugely beneficial for inclusion in the community and helps them to feel less isolated on their journey. Where they have small children, a creche will be available, this allowing the parent to attend. They have a variety of visitors attend the group to offer advice and information. This is a 12 -16-week programme and when suitable they will be contacted once or twice a month.

    Hourglass Scotland Hourglass Frontline Services in Fife £8,291
    Summary: This is a project aimed at older people in the Dunfermline area, the aim of the project is to educate the wider community on key risk factors, how to protect themselves and their loved ones, and provide information on what support is available locally for older people in need. Through the interventions of this project, this will prevent the abuse of older people in Fife. But when abuse does occur, the necessary support for victim-survivors in Fife will be in place. They will deliver, Pop-up advice clinics in trusted community settings, to educate older people on how to spot the signs of abuse and where to access help if required, provide increased awareness of the 24/7 helpline for initial advice and signposting to older people or concerned family and friends. Case work with older victim-survivors of medium to high-risk cases, creating a personalised support plan and connecting them with relevant agencies.

Referrals will continue to be fast tracked into the service, and they will receive one to one counselling and support will include crisis support.

    Summary: Kingdom Offroad Motorcycle Club provides a weekly full day placement & group-work sessions for up to 12 candidates per cohort. Each Cohort will be for 12 weeks. Participants will work through Youth Achievement Awards for young adults between 16- 25. There will be individual wellbeing sessions offered, post programme sign posting and an opportunity for ongoing volunteering where appropriate. The groupwork will include discussions on health and nutrition, physical fitness, bio chemicals, sleep, coping strategies, empathy, drugs and alcohol, social relationships, including online social media. After the group work session, they focus on motorcycle maintenance and mechanics, health and safety, use of tools. During the afternoon they are out on the motorbikes learning off-road motorcycle skills and riding techniques.

Survivors are supported to better understand the impact of trauma on their mental health and to develop emotional self-regulation techniques to better manage mental health issues arising from this trauma - thereby preventing these issues from becoming more complex.     Summary: Music Development Group hold weekly music group sessions that will help improve the participants build confidence/capability and will create a close community of individuals, each with their own issues, but finding common ground, mutual support, solace and friendship in being part of a therapeutic and creative group activity through the medium of music. Each Thursday from 10am to 4pm at Chapel Neighbourhood Centre for 40 weeks of the year, catering for up to 15 participants per session. Then from March to September, they will run an extra weekly evening session for those unable to attend during the day. This project will help people in the Community with their mental health and wellbeing, who are struggling for a variety of reasons, such as medical, isolation, loneliness, cost of living crisis or even those adjusting to retirement. This funding will also allow the group to produce a record with their songs. All of this will be free of charge.

This is designed to instil confidence and develop skills which further improve lives and opportunities. The funding will enable them to continue the additional day and will support the growth of activity in the new centre. The funding will directly benefit 45+ adults with learning disabilities.

Develop a whole community approach to spreading awareness and skills through upskilling community health and social care profession. The Help Points are a place in the heart of the community led by the community, where trained staff and volunteers reach out and support people in their community affected by dementia. A place where people can access free resources to get started and get the most from a playlist and build new supportive relationships, offer and receive peer support which can help them thrive in the community.

The programme is tailored to suit each individual participants needs and capabilities. They will receive a certificate of achievement, and family and friends will be invited along to view successes.

    Summary: Relationship Scotland – Couples Counselling offer 700 free counselling sessions to people from a disadvantaged socio-economic background who struggle with poor mental health caused by a breakdown of relationships, social isolation and exacerbated by poverty and the cost-of-living crisis. Year 5 & 6 will focus on young adults, 18-24 yrs, as this group has been underrepresented as young people experience financial and social barriers accessing their service. They will take around 80 referrals, an estimated 60 individuals and 20 couples from other agencies and will work closely together with support workers from those agencies to ensure engagement. The total number of beneficiaries will be around 100 people.

    Summary: Restoration Fife are introducing the Cupar Recovery Cafe and a Fife wide programme of wellbeing activities designed to improve mental and physical health, build confidence, and strengthen community connections. The project builds on a successful test of change piloted in Kirkcaldy, where they trialled new approaches to supporting people in recovery. The Cafe will offer a safe, inclusive, and structured space where people can reduce isolation and building positive social networks, reduce substance use and make healthier choices. These sessions will run from 10:30am until 2:00pm, for 10/15 participants attending weekly, this will include walking, fishing, football, gym sessions, holistic therapies, pottery, arts and crafts, bowling, go-karting, water sports, and more. All the activities will be free and welcome family members, fostering inclusion and shared recovery.

    Summary: This is a new project based out of Woodmill High School and St. Columba's High School working with young people aged between 16 and 24. The project is to improve mental wellbeing and strengthen protective factors against homelessness through a school-based wellbeing drop-in space, that will be available on a weekly basis, hosting up to 20 participants per week. Pupils will be identified of being at risk of individual or family homelessness and offer targeted support before they reach crisis point. They have access to wellbeing activities, refreshments and creative outlets that promote relaxation, connection and self-care. They will receive a wellbeing pack, they will have a Wellbeing Boost Fund that will allow young people to access external community-based activities or materials that nurture their confidence and wellbeing. Finally, they will build stronger, trusted relationships between young people and supportive adults, improving early identification and engagement.

A new Thursday morning volunteer group will engage wider community members, including those experiencing isolation or seeking meaningful activity. There will be eight Field-to-Fork cooking sessions, where participants harvest, cook and share food grown onsite. Four themed cooking courses per year, 8 sessions each, free to participants. Confidence-building sessions for men experiencing isolation or unemployment. Ready, Steady, Employment, combining cooking skills, food hygiene training and confidence-building for those seeking work or volunteering.

    Scotland Yard Adventure Centre Supporting parents/carers of disabled children in Fife £15,000
    Summary: Scotland Yard Adventure Centre have a full time Family Support & Play Team Leader in Fife and build parent/carer support activities into their weekly play sessions for disabled children and their families, which take place in Kirkcaldy every Saturday and Sunday throughout the year. The Family Worker will continue to attend these sessions at the weekend, meeting with the families. They now have a joint approach between the Family Worker and the Play Team Leader; this is allowing them a larger reach. They will continue to offer one to one support, create personalised wellbeing plans to track progress towards specific goals. They aim to support 140 parents/carers per year over the next two years. This then providing them with respite time, reducing social isolation and giving them practical advice on navigating health, education and social services.

    Summary: The Hope and Healing project, which is a community-based and family led project is designed to improve the mental wellbeing of families affected by substance use in Fife. As families try new activities, they feel immediate improvements to their mental wellbeing as they get relief from the stress of their lives at home. They activities include reiki, pottery, and arts and crafts sessions. Families are equipped with tools and skills to better manage their mental wellbeing once the funded period has come to an end.

The project combines physical activity, mental health support, and practical life skills to improve participants overall wellbeing and resilience. They have access to fitness sessions, nature walks, healthy eating and cooking workshops, mental health education, and one-to-one mentoring, the programme empowers young people to build healthier lifestyles, develop coping strategies, and foster stronger connections with their community. In years 5 and 6 the project will deliver 66 sessions in total including six group outings, activity days or wellbeing retreats to build confidence and cohesion.

    Summary: The Glenrothes Chill Club is a project delivered by skilled and experienced staff, supported by two volunteers who all understand the complex needs of neurodiverse young people with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). Through delivery of this project in Dundee and Edinburgh they have evidenced that neurodiverse young people have become more settled and confident, and they have seen remarkable growth in their engagement. This will be delivered as a youth club environment where they will feel fully included, understood, and supported. The young people to take ownership of this new service identifying activities that suit their needs and interests, this will include arts and crafts, where young people express themselves through painting, model-making, and design and baking sessions, which combine teamwork, communication, and hands-on learning. In addition to these activities, they will also offer one to one family support though the Family Support workers who will focus on those neurodiverse young people most in need of targeted, intensive support to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

They currently have five weekly Clubs - Kirkcaldy RFC, Gilvenbank in Glenrothes, Dunfermline, East Fife, Cupar and Inverkeithing. Community Clubs consist of the first half being sporting reminiscence and cognitively stimulating games and the second half facilitates physical activity with a range of activities and sports. The beneficiaries will be isolated older people 50+ living with multiple conditions such as dementia, depression, loneliness and increasingly limited mobility.

    Summary: St Andrews Environmental Network provides Beach Wheelchairs, which is a free, fully accessible beach experiences that support mental health, reduce isolation and enable people with mobility barriers to reconnect with nature, family and community. Future funding will allow them to continue to offer a free, safe and coordinated service operating April to October, four days per week. They will introduce to their fleet of wheelchairs the first all-terrain electric beach wheelchair, enabling independent beach access for those who cannot self-propel- a major step forward in dignity, autonomy and confidence.

    Summary: STAND aims to establish 2 additional Dementia Friendly Meeting Centre Spaces, 1 in Elie, East Neuk of Fife and 1 in Glenrothes. These Meeting Spaces would provide local support to up to 30 new people living with dementia and their family carers. They would start recruitment for 2 Dementia Friendly Meeting Centre Space Facilitators and an administrator and have in post by July 2026 at the latest. Each space will run weekly for 50 weeks per year, offering 1080 attendances in year 5 and in year 6 they would aim to expand depending on demand. The course is important in bringing together the group, giving peer to peer information and reducing stigma around the diagnosis.

    SupportED - The Linda Tremble Foundation SupportED Fife : Local community based practical support for people with eating disorders (ED) and their families/unpaid carers in Fife. £10,000
    Summary: SupportED - The Linda Tremble Foundation delivers a befriending service for people with eating disorders (ED) and unpaid carers. They will also be adding additional peer support groups in-person in St Andrews, one in central Fife plus one virtual peer support group enabling them to reach people who cannot attend in person. This is in addition to the befriending service in person/virtual/phone. 15-20 befrienders will be carefully matched to people with ED and unpaid carers for a minimum of 12 months befriending support to provide emotional support, strengthening local networks, sharing experiences, coaching in response to people's individual and changing needs, to help with loneliness, isolation, low confidence, self-esteem and poor mental health. They will also provide New Maudsley training to 4 unpaid carers to build their capacity to care, maintain the caring role, self-manage their responsibilities ensuring they also have a life. They will also provide walks and talks as many participants have shown an interest in the outdoors, improving their mental and physical health/wellbeing

    SWAN Autism SWAN Places: Fife £7,378
    Summary: SWAN provides monthly autistic-led Peer-Support Groups and Wellbeing Walks, bringing together autistic women and non-binary people across Fife for regular support and peer-support, outings and activities, reducing isolation and improving wellbeing. They recruit, train and support local autistic volunteers, to run the groups, hold meetups, and organise activities across Fife. The activities include things such as wellbeing walks, peer-support groups, health walks, outings and activities, for people in more rural areas they are providing hybrid online and in-person activities , which also support the winter months.

    Tartan Talkers Bridging the Gap £10,000
    Summary: This project currently offers a crisis helpline operating from 6pm to midnight, supporting callers in distress or crisis. This fund is now enabling them to expand this from 11am until midnight, giving greater access to people. They also have two peer support hubs in Dunfermline, offering weekly group sessions for men, women bereaved by suicide, and young people. They will expand these services out with the hubs. One-to-one counselling (in person and online) delivered by qualified professionals or trained volunteers. They will also introduce and deliver QPR Suicide Prevention Training: Train school staff, parents, volunteers, and local professionals in QPR techniques. Provide materials and resources to support ongoing education and intervention. Finally, they will produce music and videos featuring lived-experience storytelling to foster empathy and understanding and host virtual and in-person events to promote mental health education and connect isolated individuals.

    Tayside Institute Community Centre (SCIO) TICC Events 2026/7 £3,500
    Summary: Tayside Institute Community Centre will run a number of events to be put on in the Newburgh area, this will be aimed at the local community, due to their rural location and the lack of affordable transport they lack activities to attend locally. This consists of a series of social events (aiming for 10 standalone events and initiation of at least 1 regular club), open to all, where a range of activities will be offered alongside signposting leaflets from a wide range of support services to help people access information they may need. Some of these activities will be bingo, quizzes, music nights, ladies nights, crafting sessions and other activities with the aim of reducing social isolation, improving wellbeing of participants and preventing mental health issues before they arise.

    Summary: Team Jak provides support for inspirational families of children with cancer locally. It provides monthly pop-up sessions from St Columba’s Church in Glenrothes which give families of children with cancer a chance to meet, play, craft, eat and have fun within a safe session for those who are immuno-suppressed. These sessions provide real opportunities for parents and carers to meet and share the load with other parents, share experiences and top tips. They will provide 8 Adult Twilight Sessions with wellbeing workshops, 2 Dads, 2 Mums outings and 1 adult outing to give parents/carers a lift in spirits.

    The Breastfeeding Network The Breastfeeding Network - Fife £8,950
    Summary: The Breastfeeding Network supports mums who are breastfeed and struggling with their mental health due to the stigma attached. They have trained volunteers who are now involved in running three groups. All groups are free of charge to attend, and refreshments are provided.?Over years 5 and 6, they are opening 2 new additional groups in more rural areas, where transport into towns is less regular. They aim to increase the local numbers of mums who wish to breastfeed but have concerns.

    The Central Park Community Trust Girls & Women's Activity Co-ordinator £9,974
    Summary: Central Park Community Trust promotes physical activity and improves the physical and mental health of people in the Cowdenbeath Area by providing sessions. They aim to develop more programmes for woman. The project would recruit a dedicated staff member working 12 hours per week to engage with users and other local agencies and organisations to identify and implement new programmes exclusively for women and girls over 16 using available local data and organisations to target vulnerable groups. They also offer female students that attend opportunities to volunteer with the Trust, build a CV and will fund courses such as First Aid, Coaching Courses and mentoring by the Women's Activity Co-ordinator.

    The Ecology Centre Resilient Roots Supported Volunteering £22,473
    Summary: The Resilient Roots is a supported volunteering programme that has been successfully delivered over the past three years, enabling adults with additional support needs to gain skills, confidence, and improved wellbeing through meaningful outdoor activity. Several supported volunteers have progressed into mainstream volunteering roles at The Ecology Centre, and 2 completed an SCQF Level 4 Forest and Outdoor Learning Award. The continued funding would allow them to support 20 adults through 38 weekly sessions per year during school term at the17-acre site at Kinghorn Loch. Activities include woodland and garden management, path and pond upkeep, food growing, conservation work, and craft tasks like woodwork and produce making for the café and shop.

    The Good Seed The Wee Nook £7,485
    Summary: The Good Seed offers local people a dedicated space where people can come, feel valued, and connect/reconnect. They aim to continue to offer two sessions per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am-4pm, maximum 15 per session, offering warmth, light refreshments, an activity alongside companionship and conversation where people can feel welcome, safe and supported. This includes a range of activities, arts & crafts, sewing, local history and heritage and old photos/memories sessions, and more may be included. Volunteers will assist with signposting people to other organisations to access support.

    The Hive Kikrkcaldy The Hive Peer Support Project £29,500
    Summary: The Hive’s project is aimed at young people aged between 16 and 24 and from the LGBTQ community. They offer 1-2-1 sessions and peer support sessions. There will be 4 x 12-week blocks per year. They offer 12 x 1-2-1 sessions per week and 6 peer support groups. These will include, Intrusive thoughts peer support group, depression and anxiety peer support group, friends and family of the trans community peer support group - reflective journaling peer support group and tea, cake and a blether isolation reduction peer support group.

    Summary: Minding Fife will continue the established groups, maintaining specialisms in Trauma, Abuse/Women, Men Only, Chronic Pain, Menopause, and Nature-Based Approaches. Collaboration with NHS Fife Psychological Services and Health/Social Care also, focus on Pain Management through the physiotherapist, fully trained in Mindfulness /Compassion Approaches. Strengthened collaboration with FIRST (substance abuse recovery), restoring confidence, self-esteem, additional training in habit formation.

    The Pars Foundation BACK ONSIDE £9,250
    Summary: This is a new project, the Back Onside project will provide men in Dunfermline, those who are socially isolated or hard-to-reach, with a supportive, peer-led environment that improves mental health and wellbeing, fosters connection, personal growth, and skill development. The workshops will have 15-20 regular, weekly participants, focusing on supporting these vulnerable and at-risk adult males, who are not currently engaged with any other support services. The sessions will take place at both East End Park and Pitreavie Soccer Centre and will consist of workshops on coping strategies, healthy lifestyles, employability, drug and alcohol awareness etc, sport and physical activity, football and multi-sport, as well as social and recreational activities (chosen by participants), and peer mentoring, the project offers men opportunities to build confidence, develop new skills, and expand their social networks in a non-judgmental, non-stigmatised welcoming space. By attending the participants mental health and wellbeing will be improved in a number of ways.

    The Village Cafe - Ceres Community Cafe Good Companions Lunch Club £9,750
    Summary: This is a continuation of a previously funded project, which is a weekly lunch club, that provides a provides home-made soup, toasties or sandwiches along with a tea and coffee and a sweet treat, all home baked. This is aimed at the elderly and their families or carers, this aims to combat social isolation and loneliness and reconnect them with the community. They also include a trip away and something for Christmas for the participants.

    Thistle Health and Wellbeing Thriving, not just surviving: Self-Management for Fife £34,000
    Summary: The project we will reach over 130 people/year who are living with long-term health conditions (LTCs) and struggling with poor mental health, isolation, and the impact of the cost-of-living crisis. They will deliver the following across 12-months, one-to-one self-management support, offering an average six sessions each. Participants will build confidence, develop coping strategies, and manage stress. Appointments will be offered within one week of referral, maintaining engagement rates above 80%. Two 10-week Lifestyle Management Courses (LMCs) for groups of up to 12 participants each, focusing on pacing, sleep, stress, and physical activity in a supportive group setting. Peer Development and Volunteering: Training and mentoring at least six people with lived experience of LTCs to become Peer Volunteers, extending reach and sustainability. Links to wider community resources, including financial advice, food provision, mental health services, and local social opportunities helping people manage the combined challenges of poor health and financial hardship.

    Toll Community Centre Burntisland Connect: Parent Support and Digital Confidence £9,017
    Summary: This is a new project and is aimed at parents/carers and the focus is on adult peer connection and emotional wellbeing, over childcare. They will work closely with health visitors and nurseries to reach parents struggling with postnatal anxiety, stress, or loneliness. The trauma-informed, drop-in model builds confidence, provides coping strategies, and reduces feelings of overwhelm. This will run two weekly, adult-focused drop-ins for 50 weeks each year, providing safe, stigma-free spaces where adults can connect, share experiences, and access mental health and wellbeing support. They will run Digital Inclusion & Wellbeing Drop-in’s.

    Touch Community Garden Ltd Golden Oldies Lunch Club £4,012
    Summary: This is a new project that is aimed at older Touch residents to socialise in a small group setting that offers food, warmth, fun and companionship. They would facilitate one session a week at the Touch Community Garden portacabin, which will focus on fun, chat, social activities, food and warm space and will be in addition to the 3-x weekly garden volunteering sessions. They expect between 12-15 residents to attend weekly. It will help the residents to connect with each other, thus reducing social isolation and identify any additional support needs and signpost them on appropriately.

    Touch Trust Mens Substance Support £15,500
    Summary: This is a new project that aims to deliver a low-threshold, male-only harm-reduction and wellbeing project in Dunfermline to address the growing gap in substance-use and mental-health support for men in Dunfermline. The project provides a welcoming, stigma-free space where men can connect, feel safe and get access to support before reaching crisis. They provide weekly 2-hour men’s sessions facilitated by experienced staff, offering group discussion, peer support and practical signposting. Monthly activities chosen by participants (e.g. walking, exercise, creative or cooking sessions, guest speakers, outings etc). Ad-hoc one-to-one check-ins and informal support between sessions. Training in suicide prevention, trauma-informed support, and harm reduction. The funding will be topped up by from Fife Council - City of Dunfermline Local Community Planning Budget.

    Victim Support Scotland (VSS) Specialist Antisocial Behaviour Support in Fife £10,000
    Summary: Victim Support Scotland provides specialised support to people in Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy whose mental health and wellbeing have been impacted by anti-social behaviour (ASB), and associated aggravators like hate crime or threatening/abusive behaviour. They aim to support 60 individuals who have experienced severe, persistent antisocial behaviour. This support consists of regular 1:1 support?session’s where victims will have access to a trauma-informed listening ear. They can support them to report the behaviour to the police, advocate for?them to the council or housing association, and guide them through the court process if the crime goes to trial. They will continue and develop the peer and wellbeing support that they introduced last year.

    Volunteering Matters Grandmentors Fife £24,000
    Summary: Volunteering Matters are delivering an intergenerational volunteering programme linking young people up with someone who is over 50, which is organised by a volunteer co-ordinator. The volunteer co-ordinator is responsible for volunteer recruitment, training, matching, and support. This will enhance their wellbeing, reduce isolation, improve opportunities, confidence and skills. Each young adult alongside their Grandmentor co-produces a support plan, based on their needs, challenges and priorities. This is not time limited, and the relationships can last as long as needed, but normally between 6 and 12 months. Mentee and mentor choose the frequency, location and duration of their meetings.

    YMCA Glenrothes Driving Futures Forward £9,900
    Summary: YMCA are aiming this project at residents in Supported Homeless Accommodation and the wider community who use the Community Centre Hub, particularly vulnerable individuals and families. This would include 2 group work sessions a week, over a 40-week period per year, one at North Street Community Centre and one in our Supported Accommodation unit, engaging with 12 people per session. They will deliver the Decider Skills resource and Kitbag to teach emotional regulation, mindfulness, communication and coping skills. They will recruit and train volunteers to help with delivery and develop a peer mentor model.

    Summary: Youth 1st have employed a staff member that co-ordinates and delivers series of support sessions, workshops and events for volunteers and youth workers in the voluntary youth work sector in Fife through the Voluntary Youth Network project. They bring together leaders from the third sector, to connect, seek support and re-establish relationships. They deliver health and wellbeing workshops, based on the 5 ways to wellbeing, for volunteers and youth workers. Finishing of in March 28 with a health and wellbeing event for all.

    Youth Auchmuty Project (YAP) YAP Fitness £5,340
    Summary: Youth Auchmuty Project (YAO) are delivering a new project; this is built on the back of an 8-week fitness pilot run by a young volunteer in partnership with Youth1st in April 25. The project offers a free, peer-led, weekly one-hour fitness and wellbeing session for young people aged 16 to 25 living in Auchmuty and surrounding areas. Up to 12 participants will attend each week, with support worker if needed and there are opportunities to join at any point. Activities include circuit-based workouts, team challenges, and accessible routines designed for all abilities. The sessions also integrate mental wellbeing support, embedding grounding techniques, mindfulness, coping strategies, and guided relaxation into warm-ups and cool-downs. Over time, participants will gain skills they can use independently to manage anxiety and support their mental health.
