    Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) was set up in 1994 by a small group of people concerned about the lack of employment opportunities for people in Fife who had experience of mental health problems. Today, FEAT have over 30 years of experience of directly supporting people to better self-manage their conditions and prepare for, access and sustain employment (or other meaningful activities such as volunteering and further education)
