Aimed at people with severe mental health conditions who aren't yet at the stage of thinking about employment or volunteering but want to improve their confidence, social connectedness and overall wellbeing. Sparks will deliver a variety of hands-on informal learning, education, practical and fun activities from our base in Silverburn Park. These activities will be wide-ranging with everything from environmental arts and crafts to dance therapy to playful exercise sessions.
