Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT) from Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) is designed to improve memory and boost thinking power, which can give you back your confidence so that you can be more active. This could take the form of returning or starting work, whether it’s paid or unpaid. Or you may want to embark on further education or simply become more independent in your daily routine.
